How do I sign up for a membership?
Simply click the “sign up” button above and it will direct you to our email. Please email us with your membership preference.

When does my membership begin?
Membership begins the day you purchase it and will last 1 year from that day.

How do I redeem my membership benefits?
Upon purchasing a membership, you will be mailed a card listing all the benefits. To redeem a benefit, bring the card with you to the event, store, tour, etc. where you want to redeem the benefits.

Can I let my relatives or neighbors visit the ranch and use my membership card?
No. Memberships are nontransferable and can only be used by the individuals listed on the membership cards.

Who is listed on the membership card?
There is one name listed on the card, and that is the name of the purchaser. However, you’ll see some of the benefits allow multiple people to attend events and receive hayrides/pumpkins, etc.

Is my membership tax deductible?
No, because you are receiving benefits from the membership.
